• Machine Availability: Machines may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
• Success Rates: Published success rates are estimates based on average player performance

All ClawCraze content, software, and intellectual property are protected by Australian and international law:

• ClawCraze™ trademark and all related marks are owned by ClawCraze Pty Ltd
• Virtual claw machine software, graphics, and sounds are proprietary
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
• Screenshots for personal use are permitted, commercial use is prohibited
• All prize images and descriptions are owned by ClawCraze or licensed

ClawCraze reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms:

• Immediate Termination: Cheating, fraud, or multiple account violations
• Warning System: Minor violations may result in warnings before suspension
• Appeals Process: Suspended users may appeal decisions within 14 days
• Data Retention: Account data retained per Australian privacy laws
• Outstanding Prizes: Valid prize claims honored even after account termination
• Credit Forfeiture: Unused credits forfeited upon permanent account termination

ClawCraze is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices:

• Self-Exclusion: Players can self-exclude for cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the cooling-off period.

ClawCraze's liability is limited as follows under Australian Consumer Law:

• Services provided "as is" without warranties beyond statutory guarantees
• Not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Not responsible for losses due to technical issues beyond our control
• Australian Consumer Law guarantees cannot be excluded and take precedence

• Jurisdiction: Victorian courts have exclusive jurisdiction
• Dispute Resolution: Good faith negotiation required before legal action
